My client is a leading Irish manufacturing company expanding its contracts team due to continued growth and larger residential projects. They are seeking an experienced kitchen professional to take ownership of projects from design through to installation, working closely with the Commercial Manager, production team, builders and fitting teams. The role would suit someone from a Kitchen Design, Fitting, Installation, Contracts or Project Management background who is ready to take the next step in their career.
About Your New Job
- Work closely with the Commercial Contracts Manager to learn how projects are managed from design and production through to installation and final handover.
- Coordinate kitchen installation projects across assigned sites.
- Manage fitting teams and installation schedules as you become established in the role.
- Monitor site progress, resolve installation issues and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Take increasing ownership of your own sites, fitting teams and installation programmes.
What Skills You Need
- Experience as a kitchen fitter, kitchen installer or in kitchen installation/site coordination.
- Strong knowledge of kitchens, installation processes and site operations.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage schedules.
- A willingness to transition into a coordination role, with full training and support provided.
