About Your New Job
- Must have at least 2+ years experience post qualification.
- As a Junior Architect, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Architect, contributing to the design, planning, and execution of residential architectural projects, including houses, large schemes, and apartment developments.
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing construction documents with a strong focus on Revit.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews, ensuring all work aligns with project goals and residential sector standards.
- Take initiative to manage assigned tasks independently, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills in your work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and project success across all residential project types.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, especially Revit, as well as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes relevant to residential projects.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with residential projects, including houses, apartments, and large-scale schemes.
