My client, a global financial services company is recruiting an Investor Services Manager for their central Dublin office (3 days hybrid). The Investor Services Manager will be responsible for the management of an Investor Services team within the PE function and will report to the Senior Manager.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Ensure a smooth investor account opening process.
- Leading an investor services team and ensuring the quality of work is maintained at a high standard and that all investor correspondence is sent timely and accurately.
- Provide support, training and feedback regarding employees’ ongoing performance.
- Review Limited Partnership Agreements pre-launch of each Fund.
- To fully support the senior management team and assist in strategic business decision making.
- To assist the senior management team in growing the PE function.
- Meet all reporting deliverables;
- Maintain a good working relationship with external clients, investors as well as with internal relationship managers
What skills You Need:
- At least 8 years’ experience in a Transfer Agency/Investor Services role with 2+ years working in PE.
- Have a strong knowledge of Alternative structures and various Fund domiciles
