About Your New Role
- Support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, commercial due diligence and investment committee preparation.
- Work closely with portfolio companies, monitoring performance, supporting governance processes and identifying value creation opportunities.
- Assist with transaction execution, including negotiations, legal documentation and deal completion activities.
- Contribute to fundraising initiatives, investor engagement activities and the preparation of investor communications and reporting materials.
What Skills You Need
- 2–4 years' experience within investment management, corporate finance, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, banking or a related financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess business performance, investment opportunities and commercial risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations or investment materials for senior stakeholders.
