About Your New Employer

Our client is a global financial services software company based in Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time International Benefits Ops Specialist, on a 6-month contract concluding in mid/end of July 2026.

This role would be fully remote, with access to work from the Dublin office as desired.

About Your New Job

  • Handle Tier 2 employee queries and manage support of varying benefits and absences for multiple countries and relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and/or collaborate on any benefits related projects
  • Work with Technology to build and maintain benefits and absence plans in Workday
  • Support payroll preparation such as benefits deductions, reporting and data flow
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation within Workday
  • Manage benefits procurement, Pos, and invoices
  • Ensure global benefits align with local regulations and company policies

What Skills you need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in benefits operations, HRIS, or related fields
  • Strong aptitude for Workday, especially in the Time off module
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Accustomed to managing several projects at once, leading them as needed
  • Ability to work independently
