About Your New Employer
Based at our Ireland Sales Office, the Internal Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers in the allocated sales area receive full support and advice (commercial and technical) in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The Internal Sales Executive plays a key role in ensuring customer loyalty and acquiring new customers and therefore contributes to the overall success of the sales company
About Your New Job
- Supporting and advising customers and responding to queries
- Supporting Area Manager – Ireland with all sales related activities.
- Providing customer training
- Responding to application enquiries, product selections, providing quotations.
- Providing technical support to customers
- Collaborating on the updating of product and customer master data and specification texts
- Writing and following up quotations
- Collaborating with team members (commercial)
- Attend Exhibitions
- Follow up deliveries /shipment from Switzerland with relevant team (CH /UK)
- Updating of our CRM systems, including
Customer information, Customer visits, Quotations, Opportunities and Projects - Assistance with Processing Q-Cases where required.
What Skills You Need
- 2 years in an office based role handling queries on engineering or technical products
- interest in engineering or technical qualification beneficial
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
