About Your New Job
- As a Sales Agent, you will sell motor, home, and travel insurance to members and customers via inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling!).
- Drive sales, exceed performance targets, and deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive impression of the brand.
- Confidently handle objections, close sales, and escalate complex cases when necessary, all while working as part of a high-performing team.
- Standard working hours include 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, plus 1-2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10 AM – 3 PM).
What Skills You Need
- At least 1 year’s experience in a Sales role (Contact Centre experience preferred).
- Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, resilience in handling objections, and a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Adaptability and teamwork are essential.
- Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) are a plus, or willingness to work toward them.
