About Your New Job
- Windows Server Administration: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server operating systems across physical and virtual environments.
- Web Hosting & Application Support: Provide operational support for web applications hosted on IIS, including log analysis, authentication troubleshooting, and application pool management.
- Infrastructure & Virtualization: Manage and support VMware virtual machine infrastructure, including provisioning requests, performance optimization, and capacity troubleshooting.
What Skills You Need
- Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) architecture and administration.
- Professional Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large enterprise environments supporting high-availability workloads, prior exposure to automation and scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred), and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
