About Your New Job
As the HVAC Technician (Days Position), you will:
- Act as the on-site expert for plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Oversee vendor service visits and ensure all maintenance, repairs, and documentation meet top professional standards..
- Collaborate with the Facilities team, providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders and mentoring junior technicians.
- Uphold all health, safety, and compliance requirements, including preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
What Skills You Need
- Trade Qualified Plumber or HVAC Technician with strong English communication skills and basic PC literacy.
- Experience with vendor management, team leadership, and knowledge of CMMS, BMS, or building management control systems (desirable).
- Previous background with AHUs.
- Excellent customer service focus, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
