Your New Role
Our client is a leading engineering and building services company delivering innovative HVAC and energy solutions across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Lead to support the delivery of HVAC projects nationwide.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Senior HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer looking to take the next step into a supervisory or project management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Promote a strong health & safety culture across all works.
What Skills You Need
- A trade qualification ideally in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or plumbing
- Minimum of 5 years experience within HVAC commissioning & servicing
- Some experience managing projects in building services is a plus, especially in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical, and a willingness to learn and develop is important.
- Can demonstrate client-facing capabilities and stakeholder management experience.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and good working knowledge of automation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
- Must have a full clean Irish Drivers Licence
