About Your New Job
As the Human Resources Manager you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of a forward-thinking HR strategy, playing a key role on the Senior Management Team.
- Oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, policy development, industrial relations, employee engagement, reward management, and performance initiatives across a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Advise senior leadership on people matters, compliance, and best practice, and actively participate in external committees and industry working groups.
- Coach and support managers at all levels on HR, employee relations, risk management, and the consistent application of policies and procedures.
What Skills You Need
- At least 5 years’ senior HR Manager experience in healthcare or a similar sector.
- Level 8 NFQ (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Health Management, or a related field, plus CIPD Accreditation (or eligibility)
- Strong background in industrial and employee relations and experience representing HR at the leadership level
- Demonstrated success leading teams, projects, and managing budgets
- Expertise in Irish employment legislation, policy development, and best practices
- Full drivers licence
