About Your New Employer

Our client works within the construction industry, located in Citywest, County Dublin. They are looking for a maternity cover for a minimum of 12 months, on a fixed-term contract.

This role would be on a hybrid working model, working 3 days on-site each week. Additionally must be flexible to travel to different job sites across the Leinster region.

About Your New Job

  • Partner with the leadership team to deliver people strategy
  • Manage the full employee life cycle
  • Lead workforce planning, ensuring future capability goals are met
  • Support and coach managers on performance and probation policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement employee retention initiatives
  • Lead and advise on employee relations investigations and hearings
  • Drive talent management and succession planning
  • Prepare and present HR updates at board meetings
  • Oversee the annual pay review process
  • Provide daily HR support and guidance across the business
  • Contribute to process improvements of HR practices

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 4-6 years in an HRBP role or senior HR role
  • Ideally looking at candidates who have worked within the construction and/or engineering sectors
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Experience of HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar
  • Relevant third level qualification in HRM, Business or related field
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable
