About your New Employer:
Our client is a part of the broadcasting industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Operations Specialist, who will be brought in on 2 years Fixed Term contract, starting ASAP.
This role would start fully onsite during the 6-month probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model (working 2 days onsite).
About Your New Role:
- Act as a key team player in HR processes including contract management, absence management, payroll prep, and compensation and benefits
- Take end-to-end responsibility in delivering HR support
- Maintain up-to-date HR systems and validate data accuracy
- Serve as the point of contact for line managers and HR colleagues
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Recommend and implement improvements in workflow processes
- Act as a subject matter expert and trainer for HR Operations Processes
- Provide strong levels of support to the team and deputize for the team lead
- Highlight problem trends and provide corrective actions
- Suggest and implement process improvements for major HR initiatives
- Carry out project work, research, and analysis
What Skills You Need:
- 2+ years’ experience in an HR Administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office package
- Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policies
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
