About Your New Employer

Our client is a tech company based in Blanchardstown, Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time Data Management Analyst on an 11-month temporary contract.

This role would be hybrid, working 2 days from home per week.

About Your New Job

  • Frontline support for employees when key issues arise in Workday including organisational changes, pay errors, employee transfers and other related data
  • Work closely with tech team to improve the employee experience, specifically within HR systems and tools
  • Contribute to internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with global framework
  • Work across specialised teams on behalf of the employee to ensure data integrity and accurate processing of items such as educational reimbursements, referral bonuses and pay differentials etc.
  • Proactively looking for and suggesting automations and process improvements
  • Manage a fluctuating workflow of high priority cases
  • Work cross functionally with various teams including compensation, technology and HR teams within the organisation on annual performance processes, with specific responsibility to audit employee data and bonuses

What Skills you need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within an HR team
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Workday, including back-end data processes
  • Must be a problem solver and ability to be a quick thinker when faced with a challenge
  • Prior experience working for a multinational organisation
  • Experience auditing data and a knack for troubleshooting discrepancies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and maintaining data integrity
