About your New Employer:

Our client is a tech company based in Dublin 22. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time HR Generalist on a permanent basis.

This role would be hybrid, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Must have the ability to travel between work sites as needed and must have your own vehicle to travel to the main office, as there is no bus line to the location.

About Your New Role:

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures across all jurisdictions including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and international contracts
  • Provide professional support and advise managers in relation to employment law and employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary processes, absence management and performance management etc.
  • Actively partner with managers through probation processes, ensuring review meetings are being completed.
  • Serve as note taker in formal meetings
  • Coach and support Managers on HRIS tools
  • Develop and administer HR workshops to management on employment topics on an annual basis
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance and proper communication
  • Actively assist with HR Administrative duties such as the group HR inbox, onboarding documentation, update employee records and offboarding processes
  • Regular reporting for HR leadership and other internal stakeholders

What Skills You Need:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or similar role
  • HR Qualification required
  • CIPD qualification / membership is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to travel to other office locations as required
