About Your New Job

  • Manage the entire recruitment process across various functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Execute project-based hiring initiatives to support business growth, operational change, and site expansion.
  • Partner with site and department leaders to plan and meet workforce requirements.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and direct sourcing activities.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and agency relationships.
  • Track recruitment activity and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and compliance with Irish employment legislation.
  • Support employee relations matters in a unionised manufacturing environment, working constructively with trade union representatives and line management.

What Skills You Need

  • Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • HR Generalist Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Industry Experience: Background in unionised environments, ideally within food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial settings.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Experience delivering high-volume and project-based recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Legislation: Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and collective agreements.
