About your New Employer:
Our client is a part of the construction & engineering industry located in West Dublin. They are looking for a permanent HR Coordinator to start as soon as possible.
This role would be full-time and fully onsite, 5 days a week.
About Your New Role:
- Act as a first point of contact, managing the HR inbox and responding to all inbound employee queries and working with senior leadership on escalations as necessary
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate inductions
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS System
- Prepare and issue documents including contracts of employment, payroll documents etc.
- Assist with posting job vacancies, resourcing, scheduling interviews and with work permit applications/relocation arrangements
- Become the point of contact for statutory leave
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Manage exit process including letters of resignation, facilitation of the return of company equipment, and coordination of exit interviews
- Coordinate training sessions, maintain attendance records and report on feedback
- Assist in the development and preparation of training materials
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration according to agree SLAs
- Monitor and manage absence records and liaise with line management
- Support the Wellbeing strategy implementation, including the EAP and the rollout of new initiatives
What Skills You Need:
- 2+ years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role
- Third Level degree in HR, Business or related would be ideal
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office package
- Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policies
- Experience working directly with senior leadership on a regular basis
- Ability to prioritise tasks and show strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
