About Your New Job
As the HR Co-Ordinator, you will:
- Maintain employee records and upload relevant HR documents to TMS.
- Ensure timely issue of new employee paperwork and contracts, and assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring private and confidential data is kept secure.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including posting new jobs, screening CVs, and setting up interviews.
- Conduct company inductions and assist new employees in obtaining relocation documentation.
- Manage "Welcome Packs" and promotional items for new employees.
- Book ADR/CPC courses for drivers and manage absences.
- Liaise with payroll/accounts and send weekly reports.
What Skills You Need
- 2 years’ experience in a HR/Recruitment background.
- Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Excellent desktop IT skills (Office suite and TMS/Database).
- Integrity and honesty to respect confidential information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enjoy working with people and have a keen interest in Workplace Wellbeing and Employee Relations.
