About Your New Employer
Our client works within the construction industry, located in Citywest, County Dublin. They are looking for a full-time, permanent HR Business Partner.
This role would be on a hybrid working model, working 3 days on-site each week. Additionally, must be flexible to travel to different job sites across Ireland and internationally as well.
About Your New Job
- Partner with the leadership team to deliver people strategy
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- Lead workforce planning, ensuring future capability goals are met
- Support and coach managers on performance and probation policies and procedures
- Develop and implement employee retention initiatives
- Lead and advise on employee relations investigations and hearings
- Drive talent management and succession planning
- Prepare and present HR updates at board meetings
- Oversee the annual pay review process
- Provide daily HR support and guidance across the business
- Contribute to process improvements of HR practices
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 4-6 years in an HRBP role or senior HR role
- Ideally looking at candidates who have worked within the construction and/or engineering sectors
- Ability to travel to work sites within Ireland and internationally on a monthly basis
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong influencing, coaching, and presentation skills
- Experience of HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar
- Relevant third level qualification in HRM, Business or related field
- CIPD qualification would be desirable
