Our client is a tech company based in Blanchardstown, Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time HR Assistant on an11-month temporary contract starting in August.
This role would be hybrid, working 2 days from home per week.
About Your New Job
- Respond to and resolve HR related queries from employees, managers, COEs and vendors via chat and Case Management System
- Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records within Workday including employee files, reporting, and compliance
- Responsible for full employee lifecycle including administering and executing HR programmes related to compensation, benefits, and statutory leaves
- Provide onboarding support including candidate communication, background screenings, contract management, and ensuring a smooth candidate process
- Coach and mentor leadership by providing advice on employment policies, processes, and best practices
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure end-to-end professional HR service
- Participate and/or lead projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiencies
- Continuously drive engagement in cultural programmes and initiatives to help build and sustain a positive culture
What Skills you need:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Admin or Generalist role for a large organisation
- Experience working within multinational or multijurisdictional environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI tools would be a major plus
- Leading and/or participating in large projects
- Understanding of employment legislation and practices in Ireland and EMEA
