About your New Employer:
Our client is a part of the energy industry located in Dublin 15. They are looking for a full-time HR Advisor to start as soon as possible.

This role would operate on a hybrid working model and will require regular travel to the other company sites in Co. Dublin and Northern Ireland as necessary.


About Your New Role:

  • Provide HR advisory service on all Employee Relations issues, including managing investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and dismissals.
  • Coach managers in absence management, performance management  
  • Manage an end-to-end recruitment process, while collaborating with managers across multiple teams
  • Deliver inductions to employees and managers
  • Manage wellbeing calendar and execute wellbeing initiatives
  • Review HR policies and procedures on a regular basis and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Collaborate with payroll team, ensuring payroll data is accurate and timely
  • Data-driven reports and insights on key HR metrics and complete monthly reports for management and board

What Skills You Need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist or Advisor role
  • Third Level degree in HR, Business or related
  • Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policies
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Completed CIPD qualification or in progress is desired
  • Full driving license and access to a car
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
