About Your New Job
As Higher Executive Officer, Education, you will:
Coordinate and support the delivery of Cuan’s Education and Training initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with national policy (Zero Tolerance Strategy) and the developing Education & Training Ecosystem.
Oversee the day-to-day management of education, training, and professional development activities—including programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Develop and maintain education/training frameworks, ensuring quality standards, evaluation, and inclusive, accessible learning resources.
Facilitate consultation and co-design with community stakeholders, integrating lived experiences and supporting early intervention and prevention.
Represent the Education & Training function at stakeholder meetings, and support the work of advisory groups.
Draft and quality-assure reports, communications, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences.
What Skills You Need
Experience in education, training or programme coordination (public, statutory, or NGO sector).
Strong organisational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex workstreams.
Understanding of DSGBV prevention and response.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership working across professional and community settings.
Relevant NFQ Level 7 qualification (Ordinary bachelor’s degree) or higher in education, training, social policy, or related discipline.
Ability to use research, data, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
What's on Offer
Salary: Starting from €59,435 (rising to €75,788 per annum with increments).
