About Your New Job

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Helpdesk: Work as part of the helpdesk support team to manage client interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Answer calls and emails from clients, and coordinate emergency callouts with staff and mobile engineers.
  • Data Management: Process and store data related to service calls, maintenance visits, and daily sign-offs.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule maintenance visits, manage access issues, and liaise with specialist sub-contractors to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure maintenance reports and paperwork meet standards, issue maintenance and daywork invoices, and manage risk assessments and safety documentation.
  • Operational Support: Work with operations managers to improve helpdesk activities and maintain training records for engineering staff.

What Skills You Need

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in a fast paced working office environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills
