About Your New Job
As a Health Insurance Advisor, you will provide expert advice to clients over the phone and by email.
You will identify sales opportunities from high-intent inbound enquiries and propose suitable financial solutions, including cross-selling where appropriate.
You will ensure compliance with all internal procedures and industry regulations while maintaining a high level of customer service
As a Health Insurance Advisor you will work closely within a team to support both new and existing customers.
What Skills You Need
QFA, CFP, or APA qualification.
Strong knowledge of health insurance products.
Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills (via phone, email, and web meetings).
Team player with a proven track record in a financial advisor role within a brokerage or financial institution.
Experience operating a CRM system is an advantage.
