Our client is a leading Irish fit-out and modular construction company with an international focus.  They have been involved across commercial, healthcare, data centre, and life sciences projects.

About Your New Job

  • Ensure compliance with current health & safety legislation across active sites.
  • Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Support project teams in implementing and maintaining the site-specific Safety Statement and Method Statements.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Investigate and report any incidents or near misses, recommending preventive actions.
  • Maintain health & safety documentation and support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with induction training for new employees and subcontractors.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry.
  • Relevant H&S qualification (e.g., Higher Cert/Diploma in Health & Safety or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites if required.
