About Your New Job

• As Head of Financial Control & Finance Operations, you will join the EMEA leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO EMEA. You will be the operational deputy for finance, leading a diverse, multi-country operation.
• You will lead all aspects of financial control, shared services, treasury governance, and finance transformation for the EMEA region.
• You will ensure the finance team operates in a controlled, scalable manner that supports business growth and ongoing transformation.
• Drive continual improvement across all legal entities, partner with Shared Service Centre leadership to enhance process and performance, and act as a trusted financial adviser to senior leadership.
• Take ownership of banking strategy, working capital performance, operational excellence, risk management, and finance transformation initiatives.
  
  

What Skills You Need

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Broad post-qualified experience in senior finance leadership in multi-entity, multi-country environments.
• Significant track record leading financial control and operating within a Shared Services or Global Business Services model.
• Strong experience in treasury, banking, liquidity, and cashflow management.
• Demonstrable expertise in finance transformation, process automation, and improving high-volume transaction platforms.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, governance, and international risk management.
• Skilled people leader with experience managing distributed, multicultural teams.
