About Your New Employer

Group Financial Controller role with a large infrastructure business based in South Dublin (hybrid working). As Group Financial Controller, you will oversee all corporate financial management, regulatory accounting, and capital expenditure control.

About Your New Job

  • You’ll report directly to the CFO, lead financial governance over large-scale capital investments, and provide statutory, regulatory, and board-level financial reporting.
  • You will manage a high-performing Finance Business Partnering team interfacing with engineering, asset operations, and commercial subsidiaries, with responsibility for financial planning, analysis, and systems modernisation.

What Skills You Need

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountants Ireland, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Engineering Economics, or Business.
  • 8–10+ years’ post-qualification experience in director-level or senior financial management roles.
  • Direct experience with shareholder reporting, sophisticated FP&A leadership, managing a FBP model, and overseeing finance functions in an infrastructure type business.
