About Your New Job
- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out groundworks including drainage, concreting, kerbing, ducting, and general excavation tasks
- Read and interpret site drawings and levels
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- Work closely with site management and other trades
- Adhere strictly to health & safety standards on site
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in a Groundworker role, ideally on commercial projects
- Ability to work from drawings and follow instructions precisely
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
- CSCS tickets (e.g., for Dumper, Roller, or 360 Excavator) are a strong advantage
- Strong work ethic and reliability
