About Your New Job
You will be working as a Groundworker on a large residential development in Longwood, contributing to the early and ongoing phases of construction. The role involves carrying out essential groundworks to support the build programme, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications while working closely with site management and other trades.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in groundworks on construction sites, with valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications; a driver’s licence is highly beneficial due to site location.
  • Strong understanding of site safety protocols with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
