About Your New Job
- As Project Manager – Global NPD, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product development programs across multiple categories, from concept through global commercialization and post-launch.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage integrated master project plans covering technical, quality, regulatory, commercial, and supply chain activities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring program scope, stage-gate milestones, and timeline targets are met.
- Escalate and manage risk, resolving resource constraints, and aligning launch readiness across teams in Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions and ensure documentation readiness for reviews and multi-market registrations.
- Manage change controls, supplier- and regulatory-driven updates, and oversee post-launch updates and sustaining projects.
- Facilitate effective program reviews, clear decision-making, and capture key learnings to inform continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading complex cross-functional product development programs.
- Proven background working within regulated industries (medical device, wellness, supplements, cosmetics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of design control, regulatory compliance integration, and risk management frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated critical path planning and milestone management capability.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Ability to manage global teams and collaborate across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel up to 10% per year.
