About Your New Job

  • Operational Logistics Planning: Accountable for day-to-day logistics planning, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners, including Global Supply Chain Planners and External Operations Teams.
  • Order-to-Cash Activities: Ownership and accountability for planning, execution, and order-to-cash activities.
  • Temperature-Controlled Shipping: Coordinate temperature-controlled shipping and delivery between contract manufacturing operations, packaging sites, distribution centers, and customers.
  • Standardized Practices: Establish and maintain standardized material movement practices and protocols.
  • Transport Planning: Maintain a transparent transport planning schedule with proactive tracking of deliveries.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Work with Global Trade Compliance to maintain appropriate documentation for accurate reporting to government customs agencies.
  • Problem Solving and Recommendations: Handle complex assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Support the creation and implementation of best practices, work instructions, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cold Chain and GDP Compliance: Ensure compliance with cold chain and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) requirements.
  • QMS Records: Complete Quality Management System (QMS) records for deviations and change controls related to activities at external partners.
  • ERP Transactions: Execute transactions within the appropriate ERP for timely inventory and financial recognition.
  • Project Support: Support various projects as required.

What Skills You Need

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred, yellow belt certification highly desired.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, logistics, or warehousing. Cold Chain experience highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong cross-functional leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and systems, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles. Experience in SAP.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, problem-solver, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive improvements within and across functions.
  • Autonomy and Time Management: Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
