General Operative

We are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Cork City.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable Monday-to-Friday work, with no weekends, an additional evening shift allowance, and genuine opportunities to progress within the business.

The Role

As a General Operative, you will work as part of a busy production team, supporting the manufacturing and packaging process.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the production process
  • Operating machinery and production equipment
  • Packaging and preparing finished products
  • Loading and handling materials
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Keeping the production area clean and organised
  • Following all health & safety procedures
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Working Hours

The role operates on a rotating two-week shift pattern:

Week 1: Morning Shift
Week 2: Evening Shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekend work
  • Additional shift allowance when working evenings

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing, warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
