Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Use handheld scanning devices to accurately locate and pick e-commerce products from warehouse shelves.
- Packing & Dispatch: Read client specifications, assemble kits, and pack/label items at the packing desk so they are ready for shipping.
- Inventory Handling: Receive incoming stock, unload deliveries, and report any damaged or missing items.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all Health & Safety procedures.
Core Requirements
- Experience: Previous order-picking or warehouse experience is highly advantageous but not always mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy is required to ensure customers receive the correct products and quantities.
- Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable standing, walking, and performing manual duties throughout the shift.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scanning systems (e.g., SAP) are desirable.
- Teamwork: Strong communication and the ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
