Overview
An established manufacturing company is currently seeking a General Operator to join their production team. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative team assembling specialised equipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with production teams on engineering-related tasks
- Assemble air handling units according to technical drawings
- Deliver finished products to a high quality standard
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Carry out general tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with 6S standards
- Follow engineering guidelines for the assembly of HVAC machinery
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues throughout the production process
