About the Role
We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join our busy production facility in Bandon, Co. Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused manufacturing environment.
Full training will be provided. Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely
- Assembly, packing, labelling, and inspection of products
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Completing basic production documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing/production is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work either morning or evening shift
