Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams across production, distribution, and customer service
- Champion a proactive Health & Safety culture, ensuring full compliance at all times
- Drive performance through KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and strong leadership
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic business objectives
- Take ownership of site budgets, P&L, and operational planning
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service standards
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations
