About Your New Job

As the General Management Administrator, you will:

  • Collect, consolidate, and issue monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner. Develop and manage a customer in/out notice board, ensuring the latest information is maintained and displayed.
  • Arrange travel for management team members, including flights, transportation, and hotel accommodation. Attend management meetings for notetaking and record-keeping, both on-site and off-site.
  • Assist in preparing documents and issuing reports as required by the General Manager and management team. Coordinate all-hands meetings and site meeting registries, including tracking attendance.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and review expense claims for the General Manager and other frequent travelers. Manage meeting rooms, prioritize management/customer meetings, and plan events for key visitors.
  • Support special projects as directed by the General Manager or leadership team members. Be a central point of contact for the site leadership team.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry and analysis, problem-solving, and strong clerical skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven record in multitasking and maintaining an easily accessible record system.
  • Time Management: Effective time management to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to various tasks and support the General Manager in diverse situations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and the public.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to represent the company and assist internal and external stakeholders.
