Your New Role
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and general upkeep tasks across multiple commercial sites. This is a hands-on role that requires a practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on commercial buildings (interior and exterior).
- Carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, and minor electrical work.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
- Liaise with the property management team and external contractors where necessary.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
What Skills You Need
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar general maintenance or handyman role.
- Strong all-round maintenance skills across carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Full, clean driving license
- Ability to manage workload and work independently.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification an advantage.
