About Your New Job
As the Corporate Operations Manager, you will:
- Support budget management, monitor corporate expenditure, and oversee contract spend.
- Coordinate day-to-day corporate operations, including finance, administration, procurement, payroll, audit support, and facilities management.
- Manage a small team of finance and administrative staff, driving results and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate records, support audit programmes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Develop relationships with external service providers and lead contract management for procured corporate services.
What Skills You Need
- A relevant third-level qualification (minimum Level 7 NFQ) in Finance, Business, Management, or Public Administration.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate operations, finance, administrative, or operational support.
- Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and the ability to deliver to strict deadlines.
- Strong organisational, planning and team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
