About Your New Role

As Fund Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing NAV production, fund accounting oversight, and client servicing across a varied portfolio of alternative investment funds. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will support fund launches, review financial reporting and fee calculations, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Fund Accountant ready to step into a supervisory position. Senior Fund Accountants looking to take the next step in their career are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates coming from a Hedge Fund background who are keen to transition into Private Equity and broader alternatives will also be considered.

What Skills You Need

  • 4+ years’ experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Operations
  • Exposure to Alternative Funds, with Private Markets experience advantageous
  • Strong understanding of NAV review, trial balance analysis and general ledger entries
  • Experience reviewing management and performance fee calculations
  • Knowledge of closed-ended fund structures and partnership agreements
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to mentor, coach and support junior team members
  • ACCA qualification desirable but not essential
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
