About Your New Job

  • As Fund Accounting Supervisor, you will ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the Fund’s NAV, review expense schedules, income calculations, capital activity calculations, and fund fee calculations.
  • You will ensure established controls are maintained and followed during the NAV production cycle, and lead and participate in the preparation and readiness for new fund launches within your team.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for clients on fund accounting matters related to NAV production, build strong relationships within your team and with clients through effective query management and problem resolution.
  • As Fund Accounting supervisor, you will train, coach, and mentor analysts on core tasks, systems processing, reporting, and procedures and provide input and feedback regarding employees’ ongoing performance.

What Skills You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in fund operations, with experience in alternative funds.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, build strong working relationships, take ownership of assigned tasks, and support peers and managers.
  • Experience with analysis of the trial balance, general ledger entries, and basic management and performance fee calculations.
  • Experience in working on funds with closed-ended structures and reviewing limited partnership agreements and fee agreements.
