About Your New Job
This is an opportunity for an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to lead a team responsible for the delivery of high-quality fund accounting services to a portfolio of alternative investment clients. The role combines people management, client relationship ownership, and operational oversight, with a strong focus on service excellence, controls, and continuous improvement. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation.
What Skills You Need
- Significant experience in Alternative Funds, ideally including private markets
- Proven track record in a Fund Accounting Manager or senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of alternative fund structures, domiciles, and regulatory requirements
- Experience ensuring timely and accurate NAV delivery
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive effective remediation
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
