Front Desk - Fitness Centre  (Part-time, Cork)

About Your New Employer

  • Our world renowned client is looking for a front desk administrator to join their team in Cork on a temporary basis.
  • Currently two evenings and one morning with a total of 24 hours per week./ 3 days 
  • 1 x Morning shift 6 am - 2 pm AND 2 x Evening shift 2pm - 10pm

  • Likely this will expand to 30 hours with an additional morning shift on a Monday or Friday. 

 About Your New Job

As the Front Desk Administrator of a Fitness Centre, you will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting incoming and departing members warmly.
  • Assisting members in-person with unlocking lockers, operating remote lock box over the phone, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Observing member’s needs and providing excellent customer service.

What Skills You Need

  • Flexibility to work early mornings.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Professional presence, works well with all levels of internal and external contacts with professionalism.
  • Strong time management skills.
