As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure any queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Provide updates to customers and the internal departments.
- Taking Inbound calls and updating systems.
What Skills Are Needed
- Fluent written and oral French and English
- Customer service experience
- Out-going people-oriented personality
- MS office proficient
