Job Description (12 Month contract)
We are currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Cork City. This role involves operating forklifts safely and efficiently while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance and/or reach forklifts safely
- Load and unload deliveries in a fast-paced environment
- Move stock within the warehouse and maintain accurate records
- Assist with picking, packing, and dispatch duties
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience
- Manual handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
