About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives with a valid Forklift Licence to join a busy food production facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production experience who is comfortable working a rotating shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a busy food production team
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely
- Preparing, processing and packaging food products
- Loading, unloading and moving materials using a forklift
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are maintained
- Completing production and quality checks
- Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production environment is an advantage
- Valid Forklift Licence is essential
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
