About Your New Job
- As the Fire and DAC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations, specifically focusing on Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates.
- Prepare Fire Safety Certificates - experience within residential sector would be a bonus.
- Prepare Disable Access Certificates - experience within residential sector would be a bonus.
- Conduct technical inspections part B & M inspections in line with the BCAR requirements and building regulations.
- Proficient in Revit / CAD
- Understanding of the TGD B & M Irish regulations.
- Able to conduct fire risk assessments.
- Technical report writing.
- Review and comment on technical submittals if required.
What Skills You Need
- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fire safety engineering and disability access compliance within the Irish regulatory framework.
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
