About Your New Job
- Supervise Finishing Works: As the Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing works on the residential site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate Teams: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively to keep the project on track.
What Skills You Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
