About Your New Job

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee all general concrete and finishing activities on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.

As the Finishing Foreman, you will:

• Coordinate and supervise general concrete and finishing work activities on site.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety team to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and report on subcontractor performance.
• Monitor the agreed project schedule and provide regular progress updates.
• Give clear direction to colleagues and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Motivate and support the site team to achieve project deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and project stakeholders.

What Skills You Need

• Extensive experience in a similar Foreman or construction site supervision role.
• Proven experience managing teams and large numbers of contractors.
• Strong knowledge of general concrete and finishing activities.
• Ability to meet tight timeframes and project deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
