About Your New Job
- As the Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all general concrete work and finishing activities on-site in the Munster Area.
- You will ensure the highest quality standards are met, with strict adherence to regulations and project-specific specifications.
- You will work closely with the Site Manager and site personnel, coordinate with subcontractors, and help deliver the project successfully and safely.
What Skills You Need
- Extensive experience in similar roles within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and large numbers of contractors.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate colleagues.
- Experience working to tight deadlines and scheduling requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
